
Jason Berteotti

Jason Berteotti is a political scientist and quantitative researcher at NSI, Inc. His research focuses on geoeconomics, strategic competition, and complex systems, with particular interests in economic statecraft, critical supply chains, financial systems, and US-China competition. His work integrates statistical and econometric analysis, time-series methods, Bayesian modeling, network analysis, machine learning, and other computational approaches to study how interconnected political, economic, and financial systems respond to disruption, coercion, and strategic intervention. His research also extends to artificial intelligence and other critical and emerging technologies, including their implications for strategic competition and national security. Jason is also a PhD candidate in Political Science at Purdue University, where his research applies complex-systems and network approaches to the study of economic statecraft. He holds an MA in Political Science from Purdue University and a BS in Economics from Penn State.
